| HELP NEEDED - PLEASE! |
| Every year the Borough of Broxbourne hold a Community Open Day. It attracts many visitors and it is an ideal opportunity for local clubs, societies and charities to promote their organisations, raise awareness and increase membership within the local area. It takes place on Saturday 3rd July, 2.00-5.00pm in the grounds of the Borough Offices at Bishop's College, Cheshunt. |

| This year we thought it would be an ideal occasion to promote the game of Table Tennis. We all know that participation is down and if we can attract new members to the sport locally the League can only benefit. Also we will promote Malcolm's junior table tennis academy running at Grundy Park and John Warner sports centres. This is a great initiative bringing coaching to young players. On the day we will provide information about the Cheshunt League, our local Table Tennis clubs, coaching at Herts Regional College and the Junior academy. |

| Why am I telling you all this?! You may have guessed by now but helpers are crucial to enable us to go ahead. You may be able to help with planning the day, setting up and/or taking down the equipment, manning the stall handing out leaflets etc. It doesn't have to be all afternoon, any time given will be gratefully received. |
